Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By booking or using Premium City Rides services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Reservations & Booking

  • All reservations must include accurate pickup time, location, passenger count, and service type.
  • A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any person who provides incomplete or inaccurate information.

Pricing & Payment

  • All rates are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, stops, airport fees, peak-hour surcharges, and NYC congestion pricing.
  • Final charges will be billed to the credit card on file unless otherwise specified.
  • Gratuity for chauffeurs may be automatically added as per NYC industry standards (typically 20%).

Waiting Time & Delays

  • For standard pickups, a 15-minute grace period applies before waiting time is charged.
  • For airport pickups, waiting time begins 45 minutes after domestic flights and 60 minutes after international flights, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional waiting charges resulting from delays beyond the Company's control.

Conduct & Safety

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times in accordance with NYC safety regulations.
  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed in any vehicle.
  • The Company may terminate the ride without refund if passengers engage in unsafe, abusive, or destructive behavior.
  • Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in repair or cleaning fees.

Luggage & Personal Items

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits safely within the vehicle's capacity.
  • The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  • The chauffeur may refuse to load items that pose safety risks.

Vehicle Substitution

  • The Company reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with a comparable or upgraded vehicle if the original unit becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational needs.
  • Substitution does not entitle the Customer to any refund unless downgrading occurs.

Service Limitations

  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or events beyond its control.
  • Estimated travel times provided at booking are not guaranteed.
  • Chauffeurs may refuse unsafe routes or stops prohibited by NYC law.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations are governed by the Company's official Cancellation Policy, which the Customer agrees to upon booking.
  • No-show bookings are billed in full.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only by passengers aged 21 or older.
  • The Company reserves the right to stop service if excessive alcohol consumption creates a safety risk or leads to misconduct.

Child Safety Seats

  • NYC law requires appropriate child seats for passengers under 8 years old.
  • Customers must provide their own child seats unless pre-arranged with the Company.
  • Chauffeurs are not permitted to install child seats for liability reasons.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or failures.
  • Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific booking.

Privacy & Data Security

  • Customer information is used solely for booking, billing, and service communication.
  • The Company does not sell or share customer data except as required by law or payment processors.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved in a New York court of competent jurisdiction.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking or using the Services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
