What is included in the service?
Our service includes a professional licensed chauffeur, fuel, insurance, and vehicle maintenance. All vehicles feature premium amenities with climate control and complimentary water. For airport transfers, we include real-time flight monitoring with complimentary wait times: 15 minutes for standard pickups, 45 minutes after domestic flights, and 60 minutes after international flights. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time beyond grace periods, stops, airport fees, peak-hour surcharges, and NYC congestion pricing. Gratuity (typically 20%) may be automatically added per NYC industry standards.
Do you provide airport pickup and drop-off services?
Yes! Airport transfers are one of our specialties. We service all major NYC-area airports (JFK, LGA, EWR). We monitor your flight in real-time to adjust for delays or early arrivals. Our chauffeurs will be waiting at the designated pickup location. Complimentary wait time is 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights after arrival. Please note that cancellations within 12 hours of airport transfers are subject to a 100% fee as dispatch and flight-tracking resources have been allocated.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations between 48-24 hours incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the fare. No-shows (no contact within 30 minutes of pickup, or 45 minutes for airport pickups) are billed in full. Airport transfers have stricter terms with 100% cancellation fees within 12 hours. For special events, a 25-50% non-refundable deposit is required.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All our chauffeurs are professionally licensed, background-checked, and have extensive experience in luxury transportation. They undergo regular training in customer service, safety protocols, and defensive driving. Our entire fleet is fully insured and maintained to the highest standards, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your journey.
Can I request specific amenities or decorations?
Yes! We love personalizing your experience. Special requests such as champagne for celebrations, specific music preferences, decorations for weddings or proms, or other amenities can be arranged when booking. Please note that customers must provide their own child safety seats (required by NYC law for passengers under 8 years old), though these can be pre-arranged with us. Chauffeurs are not permitted to install child seats for liability reasons. Some special requests may incur additional charges.
How do I pay for the service?

Airport transfers from JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), and Newark (EWR) are available in a wide range of luxury vehicles, including executive sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, stretch limousines, mini buses, and charter buses. Airport transfer rates generally start at approximately $120–$140 for Business Sedans and increase based on vehicle category and passenger capacity.
Hourly chauffeur service starts from $80 per hour for select sedan vehicles and is subject to minimum booking requirements ranging from 3 to 5 hours depending on the vehicle type.
All quoted rates are flat-rate and professionally managed. Tolls, parking fees, airport fees, waiting time, and chauffeur gratuity (typically 20%) may apply where applicable. Meet & Greet service and child safety seats are available for an additional charge.
